A "freezing cell without heat or hot water". Those are the conditions Catalan minister Joaquim Forn is living in in Estremera prison, according to Scottish newspaper The National. In an article entitled, "No heating in Catalan minister Joaquim Forn's prison cell", they describe, based on a letter the minister sent to his sister and brother-in-law, the minister being cold in prison and spending his time reading.
Forn, who is sharing his cell with vice-president Oriol Junqueras, "has lost some weight and reads a lot", whilst his family are "afraid this will be for long [sic]". For that reason, they've started the #IndependènciaNoÉsDelicte (Independence is not a Crime) campaign, calling for people to post videos expressing their support for the message of the hashtag.
