The Spanish Public Prosecutors' Office has asked for preventive detention without bail for the speaker of the Catalan Parliament, Carme Forcadell, and three other members of the Parliament's Board: Lluís Corominas, Lluís Guinó and Anna Simó.
For Ramona Barrufet, they ask for preventive detention with the option of posting bail to avoid it. They ask for Joan Josep Nuet to be let free.
The judge, Pablo Llanera, has to make a decision once a hearing with all the parties has been held.
