A group of far-right protesters have gathered this Friday outside the German consulate in Barcelona to protest, they say, the country's "complicity" with Catalonia. They demonstrated their disagreement with the verdict by a Schleswig-Holstein court that it would accept to extradite Carles Puigdemont to Spain for misuse of public funds alone, not for rebellion. The Spanish judge in the case has since revoked his extradition warrant.

To express their displeasure with Germany, the extremists trampled on a number of German flags and shouted slogans against the country. The also held up a graffitied banner of the political prisoners and called for them to never be released from custody.
