In the middle of a group of police, a woman with her face covered assaulted another woman in the middle of Barcelona's Rambla this Sunday. The aggressor, a participant in today's pro-Spanish union demonstration organized by the Societat Civil Catalana in Barcelona, slapped the face of the other woman, who wore a pro-independence estelada flag around her neck.

The aggression took place in the midst of a group of Catalan Mossos police who did not intervene and let the aggressor leave, while a group of people bearing Spanish flags looked on from a few metres away.
