Ahead of what promises to be a heated election campaign, all of Catalonia’s parliamentary groups have signed a joint agreement to promote diversity and the benefits of immigration, and to use reliable data when discussing the issue. It’s a rare show of unity between parties from the left and right, both for and against independence.
