Human rights organizations in Catalonia claim that allowing a rescue ship with refugees to dock in a port is not enough: they are demanding that Spain change its whole immigration policy. The Aquarius, which was stranded in the Mediterranean carrying 600 refugees, is heading to Valencia, a region south of Catalonia. They are expected to arrive on Saturday – and because of this, the debate on refugees is intensifying. We find out various political reactions to this and speak to a member of a human rights association who asks that more be done to shelter refugees.
