Four Catalan pro-independence leaders will remain in prison during the electoral campaign. A judge has decided to keep the Catalan vice president Oriol Junqueras, along with the Interior minister and the two incarcerated civil leaders, behind bars. The other six politicians in prison have been freed after paying a bail of 100,000 euros (£88,000, $118,000) each.
