It's only three days until the deadline to register electoral lists for the 21st December elections, and the main pro-independence and unionist parties will run by themselves. The three parties on each side are, however, considering sharing part of their manifestos. Discussions are on in Catalonia, but also in Brussels, where president Puigdemont is in exile. He will lead the Junts per Catalunya (Together for Catalonia) list, and today met in the European capital with the secretary general of the other big pro-independence party, ERC (Catalan Republican Left). They ran together in the last election, but this time they're taking a different approach. Also this week, the cities of the future are being imagined, right here in Barcelona, at the Smart City fair.
