4th December. This is the new date for Carles Puigdemont and his four ministers in Belgium in their extradition process. Their hearing started today but it was postponed soon afterwards. The judge gave more time for their defense to prepare. What we already know is that the prosecution has ruled out corruption in Puigdemont’s actions. That charge would have meant immediate extradition. Meanwhile, further developments regarding the 17th August terrorist attacks have come to light: the suspected mastermind of the attacks had actually worked as an informant for the Spanish secret services.
