The wedding of Leo Messi and Antonella Roccuzzo was one of the most anxiously-awaited events and became a media circle which has captured headlines everywhere. The parade of Barça players and former teammates along the red carpet, the presence of Shakira and Piqué, and the bride and groom’s passionate kisses have enchanted the Web. And now, just a few days later, Antonella used Instagram to post her thanks.
The Argentine native shared a photograph of her hugging her husband at the altar, a very moving moment in the ceremony which was accompanied by the lyrics of the song played at the moment they said, “I do”, Sin principio ni final by Abel Pinto. The translated lyrics say: “You are part of my being in my words. You’re here touching the heart of my soul, like an endless eclipse of sun and moon, like how eternal love is in a marriage”:
It was one of the couple’s most special days which they wanted to seal with a tattoo bearing the date of the ceremony:
Antonella and Luis Suárez’s wife, Sofía Balbi, opened a shoe shop in the centre of Barcelona in May, and the brand wanted to congratulate the couple by giving the bride a personalised pair of shoes:
But the thanks don’t stop there. Leo Messi’s new wife also wanted to thank her wedding planner for the amazing job done, after she fired the previous one just a month before the wedding:
